Founded in 2012, SUFEX TRADING has been providing specialized services to support the expansion of Japanese companies into Vietnam. We began as an agency introducing factory land and rental factories in industrial parks, driven by a commitment to hands-on expertise.
However, since many industrial parks were located in suburban areas, the inconvenience of transportation became a major challenge during site visits and on-site inspections. To address this challenge, we launched a chauffeur-driven car rental service. In addition, to meet the growing need for on-site guidance and information within industrial parks, we introduced our original industrial park maps and explanatory content. This led to the launch of Invest Asia, a magazine dedicated to industrial parks. At present, our business focuses on three main areas about industrial real estate, media, and car rental services
