Founded in 2012, Sufex Trading provides specialized services to support Japanese companies expanding into Vietnam. We started as an agency specializing in introducing factory land and rental factories in industrial parks, built on a commitment to hands-on expertise.
However, as many industrial parks are located in suburban areas, transportation has often been a challenge for site visits and on-site inspections. To further enhance on-site support, we launched a chauffeur-driven car rental service. We also introduced our original industrial park maps and explanatory content. These initiatives led to the launch of Invest Asia, a magazine dedicated to industrial parks. Now, our business focuses on three main areas about industrial real estate, media, and car rental services.
